      Pros

      High intensity environment, so time definitely passes quickly as you work. Amazing feel of satisfaction at the amount you accomplish on most days.

      Cons

      The upper management makes decisions like a weathervane. It's difficult to find a vision for the company to move forward with long term goals and strategies changing on a weekly (or more frequent) basis.

      The work environment as a colligues point of view, is one of the best. everyone helps each other and the management actually really cares for its employees.

      The pay is disproportional with the workload and responsibilities.
