Good going worst.

Pros

Great Colleagues. Some of the nicest people to work around. Helpful nature of the colleagues. Good working environment. Great hiring, on-boarding and good support from admin department. Good HR policies.

Cons

Pathetic managers. Will stop you from growing the minute you show progress. Poor interpersonal skills of the superiors. Can disrupt your working mood every 2 times a day by making you feel like a servant. Bad communication when you want to, from superiors and management. Rude behavior from senior experienced manager when task is assigned. Will leave you ghosted many a times and will make you beg for a simple, genuine communication.

Pros

The only pro I could think of is that you could learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations which is an ERP system and on which Dynatech's primary focus is.

Cons

1) There is no dedicated learning or training department, they will give some videos to watch which are in no way any level of training material and then expect you to be a master at the product. 2) The internal politics is so bad that spending even 1 minute is going to feel like jail. 3) They will monitor your working hours through time sheet which then they will again re verify against a time tracking software that tracks screen time and mouse movement 4) There is no growth if you're not management's favorite which you can only become either being a relative of some senior or just work 12-14 hours a day and play politics.

- On time salary, appraisal - Get the chance to work on current technologies, that will help you to keep updated with the market. - As company is growing there are opportunities for the fresher as well as experienced - Management listen to you, and welcome your new ideas - Leave encashment & Festival celebration

Cons

- Long working Hours & Not 5 days working company - No HR Policies, always got common excuse from HR 'there are so many things in my plates.' - Bond policy - Not structural company
