Easy work Easy hours Mostly friendly coworkers

Cons

Obvious favouritism with workers. Some get to pick and choose which shift they want to work while others are made to do rotating shifts. Some get to pick which jobs they want to do and do the minimum amount, while others are told they need to do more and more.
