      Pros

      Staff on factory floor are great to work with, I loved working with them, made some great friends over the years.

      Cons

      Management is dire, don’t care about staff, don’t know what they are doing, company in debt because of poor management decisions, HR is for the management not the employees. No training, frequent redundancies, management won’t think twice about throwing anyone under the bus to save themselves. No work as bills don’t get paid.
