Pros
- Really innovative software: no real competitors in the market - Working with some of the world's largest retail brands - Encouraging leadership - Very friendly & helpful team atmosphere - Annual anniversary gift, day off for your birthday, Friday beers, flexible working
Cons
- As with all small companies, you have to be prepared to roll up your sleeves. Not necessarily bad though!

Pros
Really great leadership! The team was always transparent about where the company was going and how we would get there.
Cons
The company is pretty spread out, so there is some disconnect between teams. It takes a bit of time to communicate between the offices and to get answers on some questions.
