Pros

Lots of opportunities to work in varied projects. Very nice colleagues across the multi-country teams but many are underappreciated and over-loaded with work.

Cons

Staff retention is low; they are focused on company growth but not how to retain and listen to employees feedback. No HR presence which again highlights that their employees are not top priority. Some unsupportive managers - in my 10+ years of working within a company I have never felt more ignored. Very disorganised structure internally especially with processes and procedure. Lack of training, you will have to learn on your own accord. Also lack of communication across departments.
