Pros
I am very lucky that i get to work with one of the best bosses in the industry. He not only takes the time to teach employees but he also listens! Very rare in this day and age to have a boss who knows what he is doing and is willing to share his expertise.
Cons
Coworkers are never focused on tasks and seem to think the office is a school lunchroom with the cliquey behavior and backstabbing gossip! It is extremely distracting to have an entire rehash of coworkers weekends when you are trying to focus on a task at hand for work.

Pros
Good benefits, 1st shift only. Recently fired the head of HR who was useless and abused her power.
Cons
1. Place has been on a down hill trend since 2010 when I started working there. Multiple layoffs and pay cuts over the years and the place might as well install a revolving door. 2. Lack of management and is constantly changing. 3. Business decisions made based on feelings/egos. 4. Safety and quality continue to disappear and when the issues happen management acts like its normal or promise change that never happens. There is no management dept. and they have untrained maintenance people working on equipment who are lost half the time. 5. The list goes on, just do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
