      Move Goal Posts Constantly

      * Fairly competitive base salary. * Handled COVID situation well with staff.

      Cons

      * Constantly move the goal posts on you. * Poor Managers on the whole, with poor management skills. * Over promise & underdeliver to staff on agreed target dates regularly. * Extremely controlling culture - staff to be seen but not heard.

      Pros

      Company has got great employees and flexible work environment. That pretty much is all that E2open has got going for them

      Cons

      Too many to mention. Secretive management, clueless HR, not much career advancement, so-so benefits, silo-ed teams. On top of that the recent buy out by insight has got most staff worried about their job.
