As a graduate taking my first steps into the working world, many factors were important to me to make my first step the right step. These include: Environment, Culture, the ability to learn, Company goals, and career growth. EA First has successfully implemented all these values into their family feel business. Culture, environment, staff, and the vision for both the company and myself are excellent. In addition, the training I have received has been incredibly insightful and meticulous. I couldn't have picked a better first step into industry and I am excited for my future with EA-First.

Personally, I am yet to find anything close to a con within EA-First.

None - it's always going to be a challenge working for a start-up organisation in a tough economy but I enjoy a challenge and having a positive impact on the business.
