you get 30 days a PTO per year.

Cons

This place values seniority, not skill or knowledge. If you are young and your ambitious, Stay away. You will be working with people who don't know much and old enough to be your grandparents. If you want a job where you won't grow, learn anything, or are near retirement, this is for you. They also underpay you as well.
