      Managers meetings Fashion show twice a year Kept up to date with new collections Area manager was lovely, we didn't see much of her due to my team and I running the business well Great discount for uniform and friends and family Great support from the Hub

      Cons

      Quite expensive up selling was difficult sometimes Un realistic targets so we hardly ever made bonus Made redundant without any notice which was very upsetting
