      Good for a passing visit; think twice about a full-time career.

      Pros

      The entry-level and junior team members are great, there is a good atmosphere amongst the smaller teams at EAST and everyone likes to socialise outside of working hours. Having a head office positioned on the outskirts of London also has its bonuses as it brings cheaper travel and even cheaper lunches.

      Cons

      The blame culture is rife and the senior management haven't the experience, nor the aptitude to run a business due to constant changes in brand direction and workloads. The CEO constantly makes unreasonable demands and expects at times too much from the employees at head office. If you're looking to work long hours for no appreciation and very little pay, EAST is the place for you.

      Pros

      Lovely customers, staff discount. Nice stores.

      Cons

      Changes direction constantly, has little regard for the customers it has and wastes money trying to attract a customer that doesn't exist. Doesn't value its staff, appears caring but are smiling assassins, length of service and loyalty mean nothing. Makes constant errors, never learns from its mistakes. The most frustrating company to work for. Will be amazed if it's still trading in a years time.

      I worked in the head office. It was a job. Better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      Run by luvvies who can't see the failings of their own products. Not likely to survive the next five years.
