      Good benefits, steady projects, good sub-contractor base, multiple types of commercial projects, challenging projects, everything from fast-food tennant improvements to multi-million dollar hotels

      Cons

      People not completely honest, difficult to advance your career, no compensation for vehicle maintenance, very expensive health care coverage. Promises to employees constantly broken

      Pros

      Company ran by very knowledgeable team with realistic expectations for field staff. Core values are well founded. Ebco, rightfully so, is proud of where they have come since opening their doors, and gratitude is shared with employees. Promote safety and furthering education.

      Great culture. EBCO is focused on teaching and providing opportunities to learn. A broad range of jobs provides new opportunities and challenges. Young employees are given REAL responsibility.

      Cons

      The projects can be challenging at times which can increase stress.
