      Pros

      Lovely staff. Like really lovely in my store. That and my manager is the only reason I give more than zero stars to the company. Oh and there is a lot of training available.

      Cons

      Where to start... Awful communication between departments. Appalling organisation of online orders by the stores who actually send them out. Shocking pay for a "high end" company. Bad treatment of staff, not valued in the slightest. Head office just like to tell you you are but there's no action with it. Took bonuses away for only one department with no explanation as to why. Ignored by finance and HR. Given old, past it equipment/software to work with. Customers can be really nasty. Long hours.

      Great Team / Excellent manager Free uniform shoes

      Cons

      Unnaproachable area manager No appreciation given to staff for all the hard work expected from them Terrible pay No organisation within the company/ ROM Bonus scheme rubbish e.g No recognition when been with the company for over 2 years, making large sales Only negetives recognised by upper management no positive feedback EVER! Till system old needs to be updated No trust in staff, e.g When there was no managment 3 part time sales asisstants ran the store however are not trusted to put a refund through or log deliveries.

      Generous shoe allowance and discounts. Some great people to work with

      Cons

      Staffing cut down to minimal and dangerous levels that the company promised previously would never happen. No back up when dealing with abusive customers. If you're not in London you're invisible or used an an overflow stockroom. Toxic culture in Upper management who like to get rid if your face doesn't fit. Constant lies and backstabbing becomes tiresome
