Pros

Some cool projects...good learning experience for new grads...talented people (are leaving...)

Cons

Crazy long hours (Ave. 55-65 hours) without competitive pay...poor management with toxic leaders. Extremely high turnover right because employees are been mistreated. All smarter and talented people are leaving for better opportunities.

Pros

Great talented designers. Worked on some interesting and diverse projects in the US and around the world, in different scales. My direct manager and senior staff were very open on project emails so I got to know what's going on about projects very well which I really appreciate. Family style events and gatherings are very nice. People from different cultures enriches the company culture diversity.

Cons

Too many bosses, too many gossips sometimes negative. Corporate feeling is getting strong. Principals are all under great pressure of bringing money, getting things done, billing sooner, a little of lack on quality control on certain projects. Sustainable practice got started but not well applied, depending on clients's demand instead of professional principle.
