Pros
The work is great with the kids, and there used to be a good team who really supported each other. Work from home allows for good balance, with the opportunity to travel around the UK.
Cons
Senior management is really poor and out of touch and this impacts the whole company. Recently undergone restructure and redundancies, which could have easily been avoided with better planning. They hired five new staff at the start of 2026, then those of us who have been in the company nearly a decade are being forced out. It's just wrong. It can be a great place to work, but the management do not care about you at all, and sadly are letting down the students and schools they claim to care about.
