      Pros

      The company culture is incredible. This is a family owned business that truly values its employees. Pay is more than fair, solid benefits, and they just do many, many things to make their employees feel valued and taken care of. This company recognizes that people have personal lives outside of work and also likes to have FUN during the work day. They are all about equipping their employees by providing training and encouraging growth in areas that need work instead of being critical.

      Cons

      People tend to stay at this company so opportunities for advancement don't come up too often (they make up for this with consistent pay raises). However, If you are someone who wants to get promoted every couple of years, it might not be a great fit.
