Pros
No other pros than working from home
Cons
They layoff frequently, almost every year. I never got the scope to practice my skills. Learning opportunities are zero, no growth at all. Also when you raise a serious concern about the flaws in the process or quality of a product, you will be asked to keep quiet. Senior leadership is toxic, there's a lot of power abuse and mismanagement, and it takes ages to get response from the HRBP for any valid concerns. They behave as if they are in some govt. job. There were no hikes or promotions last year. This year too, I doubt they will, because they recently laid off a lot of employees. The company is drowning in toxicity, and I would not recommend anyone to accept a job just for the sake of work from home. They will offer peanuts, sometimes almost the same level or lower than current ctc and cite the benefits of remote job as a reason. Most of the times people take a pay cut for accepting remote job(I did the same) but it's really not worth it.
