      Pros

      Great atmosphere, and interesting products. Scope for innovation, and opportunity to grow. Good working conditions and flexible. A good work life balance was possible.

      Cons

      disorganized and dysfunctional. Too many people not putting any effort in. Too slow to change to market conditions. Take over by terra firma was a disaster.

      Upper Management, local management, no insurance and the job responsibilities vs the number of staff required to complete do not balance. Each person will do the work of 3 people.
