Very high work pressure you will be made to work any thing they want to whether it is relevant to your skills, profile. They will make you work for 10-11 hrs if required. No fixed company policies. When ever they would like to give holidays they will and when they will feel they will cancel holidays. Salary not at all satisfactory.
A lot of cons, first the owner Mr. Puneet Chadha is a very egoistic and demotivating person he changes the company policy within hours, fires employees with out any reason will make you work beyond working hours, put hell lot of pressure on you, there is no HR even in the NSP office no ethics in company. This man with play with your emotions and personal life all the time. My advice is, please do not ever join this firm, better remain unemployed.
Everything. There is no system. Your work won't be appreciated at all. The owner is egoistic and will put you down always. Everyone here is stressed and frustrated. They hold your salary for no reason. They don't give salary on time. Minimum delay of your salary would be half a month. They don't even pay your reimbursements.
