      NONE, This company does not at all care about what you can do for it . You fix a lot of crap and others act like they fixed things and got the credit . Managers need to come out and see instead of hiding in the office

      Cons

      Work hard long hours and never miss days or stay out sick and you are treated poorly. Big turn over .$ 300.00 a year bounces, A raise will happen every 4 years Run from this company!

      1) Traditional hierarchy structure. 2) Company is not diverse. 3) A lot of politics. 4) Bad benefits and horrible Bonus and sometime no bonus. 5) Do not invest in their employees. 6) Lack culture. 7) Employee retention rate is bad and they don’t care. 8) They don’t pay good either.
