      The worst place I've ever worked

      I met/worked with some really great people who became good friends.

      Cons

      If you aren't a favourite you are treated horribly. They will ruin your life for profit. They keep a spreadsheet of all mistakes. They treat people so bad that 3 times a year people leave in huge numbers. Even editors notice how bad they treat runners and tech support. Bookings are all nasty liars.

      Pay is little to nothing. The company does not care for employees below management. Shift pattern can be gruelling depending on your department, mostly the lower payed doing the harshest hours. They do not care for mental health, this company drained me mentally physically and financially. Majority white employees, I was told 18% of the company is BAME which they are proud of, but they do not cater to this minority in any way. Overall, this company will not care for you unless they believe you make them serious money, loyalty does not exist, you're just a number not a person and they would replace you in a heartbeat.
