      There is no best side of this company.

      Cons

      EP tech will hire fresher. they will not give salary to the them for 6 months.. after 6 months without giving them a project or work they will terminate them. People working in management especially in HR they don't know the process. Don't waste your time with this company. they won't give any experience letter too.

      There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      - There is no HR. Receptionist/Hr/Admin - 3 duties done by a single person. - 2 years contract - we should handover all of our original documents which they wont give us back - No transportation facility - No food - No cafeteria
