- Friendly, non-hierarchical culture - Ambitious + driven talented people - A focus on employee bonding through many offsites and extra curricular events - Beautiful offices in Soho with barista + workout room + relaxation room. - Free lunch + breakfast provided often - Wellness benefit of £600 per year included in employee contract - Good pension structure (9% from company and 0% from employees) - Collaborative HR function

- Poorly structured teams so workload is difficult to manage - long hours, very busy days + burnout common - Poor organisation on workload and collaboration between teams - Too much travel expected - Issues within teams are not resolved quickly - Compensation does not match competitors
