Pros

Co workers are great people

Cons

Executives are clueless. Health insurance is a joke....over $1,000 per month with a $3,000 deductible per person. No 401k. Executives are all in or for themselves and schagarian is delusional with his twenty something executive board along with his coo wife striking his ego. They hire temps to avoid costs and care nothing for their employees

Pros

Great industry with a ton of growth potential... It is Electronic Recycling after all Most employees are great to work with. Steady hours

Cons

Corporate treats all employees like incompetent thieves because their whole management team was fired for theft right under their noses. Inter-departmental communication is ridiculous. Force you to sign training certificates without receiving any training. Never in compliance for audits until audit comes, always cutting corners and then in turn blame employees for being out of compliance. For as big and industrious as the company is the pay is a joke, might as well work in fast food industry. Incentives are non existent, raises are a rarity. Ex. Worked there 2 years as a temp and was promoted twice got one pay raise. Was finally hired on and was denied a hire on raise because received a promotional raise 6 months prior.

Pros

None. I am not a disgruntled employee, more flabbergasted at the level of nepotism and gross egotism I have witnessed during my tenure. So yes, I began my cons in the pros column. This is a warning to any eager job seeker or prospective industry jumper. This company is still figuring themselves out, which is fine, but hopefully this will not hinder your growth or income potential. Remember you will be an employee, not an investor working owners hours.

Cons

Any 11 year old company that hides behind the phrase "Hey were still a start up" is either delusional or lazy or something else all together. Razor thin margins may be common place in this industry but other companies have managed to be successful by simply admitting they have surmountable problems and seeking a solution. A "We have always done it that way" attitude is the kiss of death for innovation, employee growth, and longevity. ERI must prey on people with low self esteems because I have met many talented coworkers that make you wonder why they have settled for such an unrewarded environment for so long when they are capable of so much more.
