This company lacks in valuing their employees, which includes: title changes, salary bump, growth in contracts/projects, upward mobility (very rare for this to happen). Senior staff and management take forever to make these changes, and rarely do after asking several times. There is high turnover at the company. I recommend starting here as a career, then transition to another company after a few years.

Commute is far for me; too many initiatives happening simultaneously; some employees have issues so we have turnover and don’t know who is working where sometimes
