In the year that I have been at this company there has been numerous opportunities for specialism and growth in order to progress your career and skills. Management is very good and are constantly ensuring you are happy with your role and if there is anything you don't particularly enjoy, as well as anything you are interested in to help progress you. Great team dynamics where you feel you can ask for help at any time.
Cons
Can't think of any cons, like any job would be there are high workloads sometimes but you just have to manager your time accordingly. The team is full-time in office so if you live further it may be difficult to get to.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a feedback.
Very friendly company, the atmosphere in the office is really positive. It’s also a very relaxed place to work. There’s not much stressed placed on most of its employees and for the most part people are not overworked. It’s flexible in the ability to jump between teams. E.g. it’s very common for someone to join maybe an operations and then end up in a commercial role.
Cons
Not a lot of opportunity for significant wage growth except in the senior management and upper-middle management. Not much bad to say, I left simply because I didn’t find the work I was doing interesting at all.
