      1. Excellent pay. The best in the region. 2. Great facilities. 3. Lots of funding. 4. Great work-life balance. 5. Free comprehensive medical insurance for workers and their families. 6. Access to the best recreational facilities at very low prices. 7. Lots of free, internal training programs.

      Cons

      1. Top management is arrogant and egoistic. 2. Statute against recruitment of permanent employees in the scientific domain recklessly violated by the management to accommodate favorites. 3. Statute against recruitment of permanent employees in the scientific domain used to throw out productive employees who don't find favor with the top honchos. 4. Coterie ism amongst the group heads. Very bad 'old boys club' culture. 5. Rampant internal politics. 6. No career mentor ship for post docs.
