      Pros

      Overall experience is good. Management is ok. You will get ample opportunities in your job. Friendly environment. Typical small company, job is hectic.

      Cons

      HR is worst here. Once you depart, they sometime won't provide your employment information to other companies (new or prospective employer) during your background verification check. Witnessed problems happened to some of my colleagues due to this.

      Good for freshers up to 1 year of experiance

      Cons

      -In competent and Not friendly Boss -No onsite -Not a place for experience professionals -In their point of view 3-4 freshers can do the assignment of a skilled professionals so when there is less requirement they first fired experience professionals -Their principle is to fire more than hire -Bad management system -If you are java & SharePoint professional , the concerned group project manager is the worst and hated personality. So don't opt for this company -Worst work life -Don't expect good salary, No increment

      Less Salary HR Personnel Are Useless

      Good Company to start with. You will get opportunity to grow in technology.

      Cons

      HR is worst here. The HR personnel behave like they are the owner of the company.Never communicate the things properly. They are not employee friendly. They treat employee as labourer/contract labourer like of Manufacturing industry. They create problems for ex- employee during Back Ground verification. Salary is pretty much less with respect to amount of work. Limited projects are there pressure is pretty much high.
