      Pros

      Someone in eastern Europe or India will get a new job.

      Cons

      ESW will acquire your company, you will teach someone else how to do your job, and they will fire you. OR, they will offer you your position as a contractor, which you'll have to take a test to keep, and they pay you less. No vacation pay. No one cares. Oh, and they will put a tracking devices on your computer INCLUDING A CAMERA to make sure you're earning that $15 an hour. Unfair labor practices!!!!

      Pros

      The culture of WSPro works great for this company and its highest performing employees. I love working here and yes the job is super demanding but exciting at the same time.

      Cons

      None - I would say paid holiday is the only gap this place is missing.
