      Pros

      Great bonding inside the management, good work culture, where you are encouraged to improve in areas of your interest. You are not bored by having to do the same stuff over and over. You are always welcome to try new things out. For me, that's the best thing about ESolz, because boredom kills me.

      Cons

      Not much of a personal life left, but if you are a workaholic, this is the best place. Also, if you can make the best friends out of your colleagues and bosses, things turn out ok.

      Pros

      If you are good looking girl, then there are many benefit! if you want to compromise then may be within few months you would be a BDM or Project Manager or May be share holder.

      Cons

      Good things is that You don't need any technical knowledge to become BDM or Project Manager. If you are able to talk in english (For boy) or you are good looking (For Girl ) or you have many power to show up then you can get promotion easily!!!

      1.Salary is on time 2.Friendly atmosphere 3.No work Pressure

      Cons

      1.No Proper Management 2.No Increment(If you are good at licking foot of Your TL and Specially PM..You will have a chance of Getting Increment of 2000 to 2500 Rupees Per Year) 3.No Proper Structure for Coding 4.Most of the projects won't get live.It will close suddenly which is having a bad effect for Your CV. 5.Most of the Seniors have no technical knowledge and That's why they dont switch to other Companies.They just stay here in this company for more than 10 Years also. 6.They never hire Senior Developers..They only Hire freshers as they can offer less salary to Freshers compared to Senior Developers. 7.You can not Leave office at 6.30PM ..It's written in Website just to show off.They will make you sit in office till 7.30PM at least even if you complete your task for the day.
