      Pros

      The only good thing of Earth9 is its location (Orchard) - central location.

      Cons

      No one will enjoy shopping in Orchard since everyday, it will be OT with no OT pay. Consider you are lucky if you could leave office at 8 PM. Bosses scold you and scream at you and never listens to feedback from employees. Turnover is very high. Tight deadlines to chase over sales by sacrificing employees working day and night without sleep. Pay is just standard. Seriously, there is no other good things about this company other than its location. I doubt the originality of the 2 feedback below my feedback. I believe it was not written by former/current employees, but instead, by the company management itself.

      What you get :An enriching experience ! They make you work really well, every project that comes by , makes you learn immensely.Working at earth9 will enrich your professional life , forever ! With not a bit of exaggeration I say this. The working environment for an IT professional is extremely well structured , you get to focus on the work if your really like to learn and deliver . The management may want to get the most out of you, but that definitely brings out the best in you.I am saying it from first hand experience.And they understand you, may be ambitious but would definitely make you one as well. What you give: Hard work with dedication , and that does pay ! Definitely ! Takeaway: Every IT professional , especially in Singapore must join the organization once , for the lifetime betterment of his/her career!
