      Pros

      - I feel more at home , more comfortable , - eBSEG cares for your growth both "professionally and personally" -I haven't faced any problems with the management , they were always friendly and helpful - Technical Team were very supportive and I learned a lot from them .

      Cons

      - The work Load was my only issue .
