Pros
Smaller company with potential. Benefits are good and paychecks are always paid on time. Kitchen is usually stock with snacks and corporate monthly luncheons.
Cons
People are entitled to their own reviews however I have to disagree with the post listed in August 2018. There's a lot of favoritism that goes on here. If you can't kiss up to certain people in power, you'll either get the axe or get criticism until you initiate your resignation. Leadership team has no clue what they're doing and it trickles down to the individual employees. Little to no communication and information only gets passed down to the masses through the grapevine. One good example, we had a lay off last year and no follow up communication from the President or leadership ever happened. After that incident, slowly people have been fired and no clear communication followed. Many employees including myself question if we're the next one to be let go. Also, I have to agree with the older reviews. We have no clear goals, no visibility into where the company is going. The culture at corporate is toxic. What's crazy is we are a company providing HR services and yet we have no practice implemented internally. Fundamental basics like a performance management program is non-existence.
