The company itself is very toxic, and I've witnessed (first and second hand) instances of bullying, harassment, unrealistic expectations from upper management, executives asking employees to lie.
Employee retention is a major problem, as is new hire tenure. Not only is Eco driving away talent, it expects other employees to pick up the slack and take on additional responsibilities and work without compensating them accordingly. Ask about this during your interview.
Compensation is well below market rate, and recent compensation changes have decreased the bonus potential for employees.
