Pros

I’ve worked at Edgescan for 1 year. On starting I was welcomed warmly and made to feel like part of the team. Lots of positive changes in the last 12 months. Looking forward to see how we develop and continue to grow in the future.

Cons

Not really a con to working at Edgescan specifically but remote working means face to face interaction and social events are few and far between.

Pros

Unlimited treats and location and basic work. A small number non senior/leaders members teach and help new members.These are also the most experienced members of the team.

Cons

I am in this company less than a year and bullying takes place in this company by leaders. Shouting at staff is common and calling new hires "retards" for not knowing how to do something is normal."Senior Consultants"/"Team Leaders" are extremely limited in knowledge while some "Consultants"/"Analysts" are over worked while others do very little as they are friends with leaders. The work is very basic. No structure to company. Visible exclusiveness of management to staff.
