      Great work life balance and high base

      Pros

      Very very high base salary compared to the market and great work life balance.

      Cons

      Decisions are centralised in Geneva and Paris and a little bit cut out from the rest of the group. Hard to progress.

      Great company to work for. Very global and can feel that in the company culture. Very diverse people and open minded

      Cons

      Edmond de Rothschild do not have real cons in my Opinion! Maybe they could prepare better for trainee arrival but once there very efficient
