      fusion with Matrix maybe will save the sitution before full collapse

      200 people making 20 M EURO tornover, hope the pocket of sponsor is big enough. Constantly happy people with poor results, mostly their first and last jobs at IT. Management around 60 got stuck somewhere in their youth, therefore lack of customers does not bother them. Stay away before the expected collapse

      Hiring in the distant locations. Good start for eternal student or veterans with no experience in IT business development

      Cons

      Constant chaos, artificial growth activities, practically no competent people in few departments, former school admins and pergola sellers trying to act as AI pioneers.
