I have been working at Efficio full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Advancement is quick, though not necessarily merit-based. Become an expert in category-centric savings initiatives and data manipulation

    Cons

I second what I've already seen three times in the previous reviews - the growth explosion in the last few years has recently led to recruitment of quite a few people who are a) unable to perform at the level we need them to b) a bit unprofessional and focused on the wrong things

    Advice to Management

Retain culture we had three years ago

I have been working at Efficio full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, company culture and good exposure to senior businesspeople

    Cons

Lowering quality of hires, Procurement focus is intense, Promotions based on time not on merit

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring the quality of staff you started out with and value people on their ability not how long they've been at the company

I have been working at Efficio full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great colleagues, great learning opportunities, fast responsibility, fast track to a higher levels upon decent performance. Overall a very good place to be as an analyst.

    Cons

Salary not that great compared to hours and de facto responsibility, also lower levels should be granted a bigger pie of the bonus pool to incentivize high performance.

    Advice to Management

Some Management could benefit from more hands on experience with actual procurement and operations, and act more as thought leaders in teams, as opposed to mostly focusing on stakeholder management and soft skills based stuff.

    Advice to Management

keep up the good work, continue striving for the next thing, continue to develop technology tools that work for both clients and consultants

    Pros

This is quite a great place to work. Friendly employees and open and approachable culture and very welcoming to new joiners.

    Cons

I have just spent 5 months here and its too early to pen down a 'con' , if any.

    Pros

Great culture, truly inclusive and international firm, smart people, interesting work and a very approachable leadership team.

    Cons

There isn't anything I can think about - Efficio is probably the best management consultancy I have ever worked for.

    Advice to Management

Keep maintaining the same promotion structure and culture as the company keeps growing so rapidly.

    Advice to Management

As we keep growing make sure we keep hiring on merit as opposed to filling seats

I have been working at Efficio full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The CEO is fantastic, very down to earth and approachable. Is involved in nearly every single final round interview so meets every new joiner in the process. This was very important to me when deciding where to join.

Projects are vast and varied. Loads of travel and client interaction from day one.

Lots of autonomy and responsibility, more than I have ever experienced in other consulting firms.

Ideas and change are appreciated and encourged.

Very social firm with lots of activities arranged (including one Friday afternoon each month!).

Bonus and potential promotions twice a year.

Incredibly international with a wonderful mix of languages and nationalities.

    Cons

There really isn't anything about Efficio that I dont enjoy

    Advice to Management

With the rapid growth of the firm, ensure we keep the culture.

Continue to recognise and reward talent and hard work. The Employee Recognition awards at the Summer Party were a great motivating tool.
