Really young company who are biased on their employment despite selling a tool which is supposed to remove biases. Very hierarchical. People are caged and not free to speak up. I've witnessed very unprofessional behaviour when somebody tries to. No work life balance, it's all about being seen to work stupidly long hours. The founder has no clue how to grow this company. They focus on AI, AI and think they are coming up with something new despite many other more mature companies doing the same. I felt suppressed working here. I certainly would never recommend. Not sure how long this company will be independent before they are bought by a grown up company.
