      Be jobless but don't join Einfochips

      Can't recall a single good day

      Cons

      Worst Manager (Shall I mention his name?) Yelling at everyone on basis of his previous employment. And he does nothing except this. Higher management accepting his behaviour and supporting him. More politics than BJP and Congress. How can a HR involve in such dirty politics? Few teammates were good but they were also bullied by the manager.

      Worst Company I have ever seen

      I ll give 5cr if someone finds a single pros in this junk company

      I dont want to waste my time to write an essay on this. Selfish management... Dictatorship... Very less opportunities... Junk work... People work only coz no option in Gujarat..(ASIC)

      Good learning experience, there is nothing else i can think of

      Cons

      1) micromanagent 2) If you leave company including HR will work togther to get revenge from you. 3) I joined in February and left company by april, there was no mental peace, I was forced to leave the company. 4) All my access were revoked the day i resigned, i.e. 2months before my last working day. 5) I was asked to work on a project 3 days before last working day There are countless cons, so i suggest never to join small companies.
