Pros
I have worked for Ekleft for over 5 years and need to admit that the company gives the best opportunities for its employees. We had different courses, kick-off meetings, and other fantastic events in different countries. It was a great experience to try your skills internationally. I much appreciate the management for all knowledge I've leaned.
Cons
I agree with the previous comments that financial motivation wasn't well enough organized, and the company had internal difficulties. But I think the main problem was in high-speed growth and inability the local management to react on appropriately changed.

Possibilities to gain an international experience and work with well known companies around the globe.
Cons
- Unthrustworthy in point of money - salaries are often late and the bonuses are not paid as promised. - No planning system. - First impression which the management makes is much better than the reality.
