stay away. place is always understaffed, then if God forbid you get injured like i did. they will deny your claim followed by retaliation for filling and fighting their denial. i herniated a couple of discs. I fought and 2 days before final court hearing they terminated me for not completing probation! taking that up with wc eeoc and my atty. i don't want to see other employees treated like i was on a legitimate injury. which i filed report night i got hurt They would not allow me to work light duty. had to be full duty! even though their were several things I could have done on restrictions its their loss not mine as they lost a caring empathic worker i know 6 other people that got hurt their they denied their claims as well. the facility has gotten even worse now that sapphire has taken over. and the pay rate is crap. you also earn vaca and holiday pay. which never gets approved, even if you been their for 20 years. resident ratio is about 17 residents per CNA
