Pros
Financially, they are in the red and not doing well, working there for almost 4 years, our paychecks were always on time.
Cons
Always pinching the dollar - big chiefs make lots of money but rarely received the average 2% pay increase due to financial problems. Managers got their pays reduced temporary, then repaid when goals were met. Rumor has it that MPhasis wants to dump them-that is why there isn't any support from them. They just want their money back. Benefits aren't good either.
