I have been working at Electrolux full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some of the staff are fun and nice, work is pretty easy at times but can get very hectic.

    Cons

Company hires wrong management, teams can get too clickly, bullying is swept under the carpet, pay is terrible compared to every other local company, promotions are not based on performance, extra work is not recognised, managers take credit for employees hard work.

    I worked at Electrolux

    Pros

Open culture with a focus on environment and sustainability, collaboration and moving forward. Focus in Sweden on attracting more young people which the company needs. All in all, a good company to work for whether in Sweden or further afield for the other brands such as Zanussi, Frigidaire.

    Cons

More young people needed! Sometimes too much red tape and the size of the firm can mean that cohesion between areas is difficult. All in all, positive!
