Senior management is driven by nepotism with people who have never or barely worked outside the company that have defaulted to leadership roles without actual leadership experience. They pretend it's a warm supportive environment but let people go without hesitation or explanations because they don't have an actual HR department. People are moved around to do whatever is needed: their motto is "it's a job title not a role." The like to brag about how even the president helps out in the warehouse.
You'll get a lot of experience through constantly fixing all of the mistakes of the "senior" team. Honestly, I am 1000% better at my job because of the utter lack of support from the overall team and having to just figure it out myself, at the cost of the client.
Cons
Get used to short cuts, lying to the clients because you can't admit your team doesn't have the experience on random tech that sales people promised you're an expert in... and upper management finding ways to blame you for their terrible ideas. Good luck if you accept a role here.
