Great company. Team work. Encourage the professional growth. You'll have a lot of support starting with the company. The recruiting process was smooth, though a little bit long. The team helps you to set up the work environment. For me it was a great learning.

Pros

A big company with long history and impressive technical expertise. Very structured, process-oriented. It’s easy to navigate through all departments and roles you work with once you figure out the core processes.

Cons

Some team members might be not very responsive or result-oriented and it’s frustrating if the team’s result depends on it. But this is just people factor, the company should not be responsible for it.
