things change but not always for the better

great people good environment good on site facilities great technical support from IT and Help Desk great history

Cons

anyone with more than 5+ years of service are seen as a threat from the past, and not being able to change. If anyone can change, it's those that have lived through Harriett Green's days, when the business went through so many great changes. Senior Leaders today don't appreciate how resilient people with a history are.

Fairly good benefits and good environment/ people to work with.

Cons

Middle management useless. The company as a whole changes direction a lot. Too many 'meetings'. (Meetings about meetings) some particularly bad managers in the call centre.
