The company does not have a flat hierarchy They don't take any feedback from the current employees. There is a lot of bureaucracy especially for new joiners. They say you can come and share your ideas. but if you go and share, they are not open to any discussion. No matter how hard you try the senior employees (the ones that joined before you) will cut you off and the management will give more importance to their thought process rather than a fair discussion. I you have 10-12 years of experience outside Element 5, if you join here you will feel like you are fresher because you will be treated that way.

I had very bad experience here. 1. I was very clear during initial discussion itself that my expected CTC is not negotiable and HR agreed to the same 2. Cleared all rounds of interview and then HR called and re negotiated on the offer which I dint agree 3. HR asked for counter offer to match and give expected CTC which I shared them 4. HR easily went ahead with some other candidature without second thought and said to me that position is on hold due to bla bla bla reasons
