      Pros

      The company really cares about the professional and personal growth of it's employees. During my time here I have been able to grow in amazing ways!

      Cons

      Our health insurance may not be the best (high deductible) but the company is very generous with its other benefits including profit sharing! Before I even contributed to my 401K they had already set aside a good chunk for me!! It makes me feel valued.
